This product does not contain carbon tetrachloride, benzene and other toxic and flammable substances, and does not corrode metals.
How to use: In the cleaning tank, prepare an aqueous solution containing 5 to 10 percent of this product, raise the temperature to 50 to 60 degree , use soaking or ultrasonic cleaning for 5 to 10 minutes, and then rinse with clean water before proceeding to the next process or drying. 2. Carbon deposit cleaning agent
Scope of application: The model is -HL-739, which is mainly used to remove the equipment parts of the air compressor and the heat-conducting oil combustion product deposits online. It is suitable for cleaning of various types of oil and carbon deposits.
How to use: Drain 10 percent of the oil in the system first, then add this product, run for 24 hours, drain the oil in the system, and add new oil to run normally.
3. Carbon pollution cleaning agent
Scope of application: The model is -HL-731, which is mainly used to remove diesel engine pistons, annular valves and other equipment parts where combustion products are deposited, and also used to clean the carbon deposits in the oil circuit of air compressors and hydraulic equipment.

3. How to use the central air conditioner cleaning agent
1. Chemical cleaning process
Water flushing → acid cleaning and descaling → water flushing → passivation; disconnect other systems unrelated to the cooling coil, and connect the cleaning tank, cleaning pump and cooling coil to form a cleaning closed loop; Check the leakage of the coil, and remove the loose dirt in the coil at the same time. When there is no large particle impurities in the flushing water at the outlet, the water flushing ends; add "central air conditioner cleaning agent" in the cleaning tank to control the concentration of the main cleaning agent. In the range of 3-6 percent , the temperature is in the range of 50-60 degree , cycle cleaning and decontamination are carried out in the system, and the cleaning time is about 2-3 hours.
2. Passivation treatment
Regularly measure the pH value of the acid solution with pH test paper (1 time/20 minutes) to keep it below 1. When the pH value tends to be stable within half an hour and no gas is released in the cleaning system, the pickling process is ended; After the cleaning process is completed, carry out water rinsing to rinse residual sludge and residues. When there are not many impurities at the outlet and the pH value is greater than 6, the water rinsing is terminated; after the water rinsing is qualified, the "passivation pre-filming agent" is added cyclically for passivation. Treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of copper pipes. After the concentration of the whole system solution is evenly mixed, stop the circulation and soak for 2-3 hours.
